Article 1 - Purpose

The present conditions govern the sale by the company Web & Industry Services, 607 Castle Street Bagnac, 67470 Wintzenbach electronic equipment.

Article 2 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and except expenses of treatment and forwarding.

For orders to countries other than France you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights are not within the company's spring

Web & Industry Services. They are your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of statements and payments to the authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros.

Web Company & Industry Services (company name) reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of supply problems, or in case of difficulties concerning the order received.

Article 6 - Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without any reasons or to pay a penalty.

The return fees are your responsibility.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company Web & Industry Services will refund the sums paid within 14 days of the notification of your application and via the same means of payment used when ordering.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Providing fully implemented before the end of the withdrawal period and services whose performance began after prior express consent of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of withdrawal.

Article 7 Availability

Our products are available as they are visible on the site: www.destock-plc.fr and within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by mail. Your order will be canceled and no bank debit will be made.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.

In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time that was indicated to you.

As required by law, in case of delay in delivery, you get the option to cancel the order in the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will proceed to refund delivery charges and the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

If deliveries by a carrier, the company Web & Industry Services can not be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the client after several appointments proposals.

Article 9 - Warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail: lschmittheisler@wi-services.fr within 30 days of delivery.

The products must be returned in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions ...). The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price, return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of receipts.

The provisions of this Article shall not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal under Article 6.

Article 10 - Liability

The products offered comply with French legislation. Responsibility for Industry & Web Services Company shall not be incurred in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of products or services you plan to order.

Moreover, the company Web & Industry Services can not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased.

Finally responsibility for Industry & Web Services Company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Applicable law in case of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.destock-plc.fr are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company Web & Industry Services. No one is allowed to reproduce, use, repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site they are software, visual or sound.
